Who Can Join?

Our Locals Pass is available to residents of Alice Springs.

To join, simply visit the Centre with proof of your residential address, such as:

Northern Territory drivers license
Proof of Age care
Any official document with your residential address

Membership Benefits

As a member of the Alice Springs Reptile Centre Locals Pass, eligible residents listed on the pass are entitled to the following benefits upon presentation of a valid pass at the point of entry:

Discounted General Entry: Members will receive discounted general entry to the Alice Springs Reptile Centre for all eligible residents listed on the pass, subject to residency eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Complimentary Entry (Bring a Guest): One (1) eligible resident listed on the pass will receive free general entry when accompanied by a full-fee paying guest, provided the full-fee paying guest's ticket is of equal or greater value to the standard general price applicable at the time of visit

Conditions of Use

Benefits apply to eligible residents only. Eligibility is determined by the residential address requirements set out in the Residence Eligibility clause of these Terms and Conditions.
The pass and valid photo ID must be presented at the point of entry. Discounted entry may be refused if a valid pass cannot be produced.
Benefits are non-transferrable and may not be redeemed by persons not listed on the pass.
The complimentary entry benefit under clause 2 applies to one (1) resident per transaction and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise stated.
The Aliice Springs Reptile Centre reserves the right to verify residency at any time. Fraudulent use of the pass may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
Entry prices are subject to change. The 'equal or greater value' threshold for the complimentary entry benefit will be assessed against the standard general entry price applicable on the date of the visit.

1.The Locals Pass is available exclusively to individuals whose primary residential address falls within the Alice Springs Town Council local government area at the time of purchase. 2.As a member of the Alice springs Reptile Centre "locals" you will receive discounted General entry to the Alice Springs Reptile Centre for all eligible residents listed on the pass OR free entry for one resident per full-fee paying guest of equal or greater value 3.To be eligible, you must provide valid proof of residency at the time of purchase. Accepted forms of proof include: a.A current utility bill (electricity, gas, or water) issued within the last 90 days showing your name and Alice Springs residential address b.A current rates notice from Alice Springs Town Council c.A current Australian driver's licence or government-issued photo ID showing an Alice Springs residential address d.A current lease or tenancy agreement for an Alice Springs residential address 4.The Pass covers general admission only. The following are excluded unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase: a.Special events, after-hours experiences, or ticketed shows b.Guided tours or educational programs with a separate fee c.Merchandise, food, and beverages 5.We reserve the right to request proof of residency at any time during the Pass Period, including at the point of entry. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in the Pass being suspended or cancelled without refund. 6.If you provide false or misleading information to obtain the Locals Pass, your Pass will be cancelled immediately and no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to recover the difference between the Locals Pass and the standard entry price. 7.The Locals Pass applies to the named passholder only. It does not extend to accompanying guests. 8.The Pass is personal and non-transferable. It may only be used by the named passholders. Any child residents must be with at least one of the named adults on the pass to be eligible for discounted entry on the day. 9.All passes are valid until 31 March 2027. 10.You will receive your Pass in the form of a physical card. You must present your Pass on each visit. We are not responsible for lost or stolen passes; a replacement fee of $12 applies. 11.We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or notice at the Centre. Continued use of your Pass after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 12.We collect your personal information (including name, contact details, and proof of residency) for the purpose of administering your Pass and verifying eligibility for the Resident Pass discount. 13.We handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy, available at www.reptilecentre.com.au/privacypolicy. 14.We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to administer your Pass. 15.These Terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory of Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Northern Territory.
